Furnishings:
Most of the comforts of home are provided including electric heater, indoor plumbing, shower, hot and cold water, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable furniture and screens. For your conveince, we also furnish cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster and electric fans.
Your Bring:
Sheets, blankets, pillow cases and bath towels.
Vacation Activities:
The area offers some of the finest fishing in the entire United States and Canada, plus swimming, boating, and water skiing. Nearby are the Lincoln and Indian Caverns, the Swigart Antique Auto Museum, Juniata College, movie theaters, the East Broad TopSteam Railroad and Street Car Museum, the Seven Points Area Complex, Raystown Resort and other sightseeing attractions. Of course, there is plenty of old fashioned loafing in the sun and nature hiking.
Reservation Requirements:
A two day minimum stay is required most of the year, except during the holidays when the minimum stay is three days.
You will be charged for each day guest at a rate of $8.00 per day.
Please allow for the 6% PA sales tax and a 3% hotel excise tax.
Seasonal and monthly rates will be provided upon request.
Deposit:
A deposit of two days rental is required to assure your reservation. This deposit is forfeited unless a two-week notice is iven. The deposit must be paid within two weeks of making your reservation or it will be cancelled.
Check In/ Check Out:
Our guests may check in as early 3:00 pm and check out no later than 10:00 am. Guests are expected to pay for the days that are reserved.
Additional Notes:
For the safety and enjoyment of all: There will be no discharging of firearms, BB guns of firecrackers. No off road vehicles are allowed on the property, Pets are welcome but no more than one per cottage and they mus be kept on a leash. Pets are not to be left alone inside or around the cottages.
We do not recreationalfacilities or fire rings on our property.
